Quality assurance in production
The DIN EN ISO 9001 quality assurance, or rather, management system is the foremost operational framework for quality control. Moreover, in order to prevent defects or non-conformities from the outset, higher levels of safety are consciously applied. As a result of this, European standards EN 253 and 448 are significantly exceeded in the isoplus group.
In order to guarantee the quality of our products right from the start, all relevant incoming materials are subjected to a comprehensive incoming goods inspection in accordance with EN 253. All approved suppliers have to be certified in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9001 guidelines, and are required to submit evidence of this in the form of all necessary, or requested inspection certificates. Furthermore, every isoplus employee is obliged to inspect his or her work after completion of every stage of his or her work, in accordance our company-wide policy of quality assurance. Additionally, the inspections and checks stated in the standards guidelines are carried out and documented by an independent quality management agency.
Before dispatch, all products are subjected to a 100% final inspection and the results of this are clearly documented. Only goods that are labelled with the isoplus quality assurance sticker are approved for delivery.
